Do you have an event coming up such as a birthday party, wedding, company picnic, anniversary, rehearsal dinner party, company meeting or do you just want a great excuse not to cook at home? The Rib Trader has many mouth watering recipes in addition to his world famous barbecue.

Follow these four easy steps:

2: Select appetizers, side dishes, and desserts

3: Choose one of the following:

a. Pickup

b. Delivery

c. Full Catering Service (minimum of 100 people)

d. Full Catering Service and Grill on Site (minimum of 100 people)

Service Selections

PICK-UP
we’ll have your order ready at your convenience.
Paper goods included.

DELIVERY  & set up
We’ll deliver your favorite food selection ready to serve in disposable containers.
There is a minimum order of 250.00 for this service and delivery charge is $25.00
within a 5 mile radius, additional $5.00 per every 5 miles.
A 24 Hours notice is required.

FULL SERVICE  (60 guests minimum)                 
This service includes our professional catering staff, set up through clean up,
all equipment for a buffet line service, catering quality paper goods and
utensils, and condiments. 

CHEF TO GRILL  (100 guest minimum)
In addition to Full Service, this option includes a Grill Chef to prepare
your barbecued meats at your location on our custom grill.

Sales Tax & 15% Gratuity will be added to Full Services.
